TICUN, E.\nHAMANT]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving Amendment No. 8 to\nthe Agreement for Maintenance Services with R&S Overhead Doors of\nSouth Bay, Inc. to provide roll-up and industrial door maintenance\nservices.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 8 to the Agreement\nfor Maintenance Services with R&S Overhead Doors of South Bay, Inc. to\nprovide roll-up and industrial door maintenance services for an increased\namount of $100,350 and a new total not-to-exceed amount of $345,350;\nand 2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute documents\nincident to the amendment to the Agreements.
