B.12. AGREEMENT FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THE WEST HOLLYWOOD\nTOURISM IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT WITH THE WEST HOLLYWOOD\nMARKETING CORPORATION (D.B.A. VISIT WEST HOLLYWOOD) [L.\nBIERY, P. KESPRADIT, L. D’AMBROSIA]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council of the City of West Hollywood (City) will\nconsider approval of an Agreement with the West Hollywood Marketing\nCorporation, d.b.a. Visit West Hollywood (VWH), to administer a program\nof work for the West Hollywood Tourism Improvement District (WeHoTID).\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve an Agreement for services with the\nWest Hollywood Marketing Corporation, d.b.a. Visit West Hollywood\n(VWH), through June 30, 2035, for ongoing management and\nadministration of the West Hollywood Tourism Improvement District\n(WeHoTID); and 2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to negotiate\nand execute documents incident to the Agreement.
