6.12 Professional Services Agreement with Bucknam Infrastructure Group, Inc. for the 2026 Pavement Management Program\nRecommendation:\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Bucknam Infrastructure Group, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $69,400 for the 2026 Pavement Management Program in such final form as approved by the City Attorney and authorize the City Manager to execute change orders not to exceed a 10% contingency of $6,940 for uncertainties and adjustments.
