5)CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE CO-SPONSORSHIP OF THE PUEBLO Y SALUD SAFE AND SOBERGRADUATION TOWNHALL MEETING, AND REQUEST TO WAIVE FACILITY USE FEESRecommend that the City Council:a. Approve Co-Sponsorship of the Pueblo y Salud Safe and Sober Graduation TownhallMeeting tentatively scheduled for Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Recreation Park;b. Approve the use of the City seal on the print material and social media pursuant to CityCouncil Ordinance No. 1724;c. Waive facility use fees for the use of Recreation Park for co-sponsored events, with CityManager approval; andd. Authorize the participation in, and use of the City seal, for future Pueblo y Salud Safe andSober Graduation Townhall Meetings held in the City with City Manager approval.
