4)CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH R3CONSULTING GROUP FOR SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT CONSULTING SERVICESRecommend that the City Council:a. Award a Professional Services Agreement to R3 Consulting Group, Inc. (Contract No. 2493)for solid waste management consulting services, in an amount not to exceed $174,970;b. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and executethe Agreement; andc. Adopt Resolution No. 8447 amending the budget for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-2026 toappropriate funds from the General Fund reserves for solid waste management consultingservices.
