Conduct a Public Hearing; andb. Pending public input, introduce for first reading, in title only, and waive further reading ofOrdinance No. 1740 titled, “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of San Fernando,California, amending the criteria for membership on various City Commissions by removingthe requirement that members be registered voters of the City where such status is notmandated by State or Federal Law.”
