6.\nApprove an agreement with RAK Development, Inc., dba Kreuzer Consulting Group, in the\namount of $903,843 plus a 15% contingency for a total contract amount not to exceed\n$1,039,419, to provide Program Manager Professional Services for the DisneylandForward\nproject, and authorize the Director of Public Works, or designee, to execute the agreement and\nrelated documents and to take the necessary actions to implement and administer the agreement\n[services will be fully reimbursed by Disney].
