5.C.\nOC Animal Care Service Contract\n— 1. Approve the Master Agreement for Provision of OC Animal Care Services between the County of\nOrange and the City of Brea for the period of May 31, 2026, through May 30, 2031; and\n— 2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Master Agreement and all annual Notice of\nIntents. Funding for animal care services is already programmed in the adopted FY 2026-27 Operating\nBudget, and no additional appropriation is needed in the City’s General Fund at this time.
