7.\nAward contract for a legal case management system that will integrate existing applications and\nplatforms used by the City Attorney’s Office to the successful bidder, Axon Enterprises, Inc., in\nthe amount of $299,955, which includes an annual subscription fee of $27,000-$29,000 over the\nfive-year term, a one-time implementation cost of $62,500, and fees for configuration, data\nmigration, and training; and authorize the City Attorney, or designee, to execute the contract\ndocuments and any amendments to those documents that do not increase the contract amount.
