Approve Agreement with JJ Kane Associates, Inc. for As-Needed Auction Services for City Surplus\nItems for a three-year term with an optional two, one-year extensions; and\n— 2. Authorize the City Manager to approve and execute any extension(s). No appropriation is needed at\nthis time and any revenue received will be programmed as part of the budget process.
