28.\nCONSIDER APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 21-032 WITH\nACTIVE NETWORK, LLC TO CONTINUE PROVIDING THE CITY’S ACTIVITY REGISTRATION AND FACILITY\nRESERVATION SOFTWARE SERVICES (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE the proposed Amendment No. 2 to the Contract Services Agreement between the City\nand Active Network, LLC (see Exhibit No. 3), which will extend the agreement for an additional two years\nat a cost of $124,670.92, and increase the total not-to-exceed contract amount from $370,000 to\n$494,670.92; and,\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to sign and execute the proposed Amendment No. 2, after it has been\nreviewed and approved as to form by the City Attorney.
