Roberts., Jr., City Manager, regarding that certain real property\nknown as 24205 Avalon Boulevard, Carson, CA 90745, APN: 7406-017-035 and 24219 Avalon Boulevard,\nCarson, CA 90745, APN’s 7406-018-909 and 7406-018-908. The City’s real property negotiator will seek\ndirection from the City Council regarding price and terms of payment and disposition of real property,\nincluding consideration of an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement.
