(Successor Agency to the Bell Community\nRedevelopment Agency)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the Members of the Successor Agency approve\nthe Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (“ROPS”) for the 2023-24 Fiscal Period of\nJuly 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, and the Administrative Budget for the 2023-24 Fiscal Period\nwith the attached documents for submission to the Oversight Board for further approval on\nJanuary 24, 2023, and authorization to transmit to the California Department of Finance\nunder dissolution law by February 1, 2023.
