Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with AT&T DW Holdings Inc. of Dallas, TX, for\nthe implementation of Cloud Voice for Microsoft Teams, including equipment rentals and set up\nfees, for an amount not-to-exceed $305,140, for the period beginning April 7, 2026, and ending\nDecember 1, 2026; and\n2. Appropriate $305,140 from the Capital Improvement Fund – General Fund to a newly created\nproject.
