8I.\nCity Manager – Adopt Categorical Exemption Under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nSection 15301 and Adopt RESOLUTIONS Approving Grant of Easement on Portion of City-Owned\nProperty Located North on Del Amo Boulevard and Maple Avenue and License Agreement for\nPortion of a Public Right-of-Way on Prairie Avenue. Expenditure: None.\nRecommendation of the City Manager that City Council:\n1. Adopt a California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Categorical Exemption pursuant to\nGuidelines Section 15301 (Existing Facilities); and\n2. Adopt a RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Mayor to execute, and the City Clerk to attest\nto a Grant of Easement to the benefit of Torrance Black Beauty, LLC for drive-way apron and\nancillary improvements on portion of city-owned property located north of Del Amo Boulevard and\nMaple Avenue (APN: 7352-015-900); and\n3. Adopt a RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the City Manager to execute to a Public\nRight-of-Way License Agreement to the benefit of Torrance Black Beauty, LLC for a portion of a\npublic right-of-way along Prairie Avenue.
