Expenditure: Not-to-Exceed\n$923,347.97 (General Fund and Non-General Fund).\nRecommendation of the Community Services Director that City Council:\n1. Approve a design-build agreement with Landscape Structures, Inc. of Delano, MN, in the amount of\n$879,379.02 and authorize a 5% contingency in the amount of $43,968.95, for a total not-to-exceed\namount of $923,347.97, for the Alta Loma Park Playground Replacement project beginning\nApril 7, 2026 and ending September 30, 2026 as a cooperative purchase with Sourcewell; and\n2. Adopt a finding of categorical exemption pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines Section 15301 – Existing Facilities and Section 15302 – Replacement or\nReconstruction.
