3.1 Community Budget Workshop #2 to Review the Proposed FY 2026/27 Capital Improvement\nProgram (CIP), Traffic Mitigation Fund Project Priorities, and a Proposed Vehicle Lease\nProgram.\nRecommended Action:\nThat the City Council receive and discuss the following items as part of the second\nCommunity Budget Workshop for Fiscal Year 2026/27 and provide direction to staff as\nappropriate:\n1. The Draft FY 2026/27 Capital Improvement Program (CIP);\n2. The proposed use of Traffic Mitigation Funds to establish a prioritized list of street\nimprovement projects; and\n3. The implementation of a Vehicle Lease Program to modernize and optimize the\nCity’s fleet.
