TO PROVIDE ON-CALL CONSULTING SERVICES TO THE FINANCE\nDEPARTMENT (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 2 with Esparza Consultants for On-Call Financial Consulting services,\nincreasing the contract sum by $47,000 for a not-to-exceed amount of $120,995.00, to support\nadditional services related to the Finance Department's procurement function.\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute contract Amendment No. 2 with Esparza Consultants following\napproval as to form by the City Attorney.
