21.\nCONSIDER APPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT WITH HINDERLITER, DE LLAMAS AND ASSOCIATES TO\nPROVIDE PROFESSIONAL AUDIT AND ANALYSIS OF THE CITY’S SALES, TRANSACTIONS AND USE TAX\nRECORDS. (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE contract for professional services with Hinderliter, de Llamas & Associates for sales and\nuse tax consulting and audit services for a total amount not to exceed $800,000, for a term of 5 years;\nand\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the contract after approval as to form by the City Attorney.
