(City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council read by title only, waive further\nreading and introduce Ordinance No. 1278 titled:\nAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nBELL, AMENDING CHAPTER 17.08 (DEFINITIONS) AND\nCHAPTER 17.84 (SIGNS) OF TITLE 17 ( ZONING ), RELATING\nTO DIGITAL BILLBOARDS\nBusiness Session\n3. Consideration of a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Bell and the Count\nof Los Angeles to Support Broadband Connectivity and Address the Digital Divide. (City\nCouncil)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) (Attachment “1”) between the\nCity and the County of Los Angeles to support broadband connectivity and address\nthe digital divide; and\n2. Authorize the City Attorney and City Manager to make non-substantive changes and\nexecute all related documents.
