4.\nUpdate on Homelessness Programs and the Homeless Solutions Center; Approval to Withdraw the\nRequest for Grant Funding from the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Regional Housing Trust Joint\nPower Authority; and Discussion of Potential Options for Property Previously Slated for Homeless\nSolutions Center – Community Development Department\nRecommendation:\n1. Direct the City Manager, or his designee to withdraw the grant funding request made to the\nBurbank-Glendale-Pasadena Regional Housing Trust in the amount of $3,450,000.\n2. Direct staff to research alternate options for the City-owned site located at 211, 323, and 333\nS. Front Street, 10 E. Verdugo Avenue, and a portion of the adjacent Downtown Metrolink\nParking Lot in Burbank, previously proposed for the Homeless Solutions Center.\nPublic Comment: To speak in person, a YELLOW Public Comment Card must be completed\nand presented to the City Clerk prior to the comment period.
