D.\nApproving and Authorizing the Amended and Restated County-Wide\nAgreement for NPDES Stormwater Permit Implementation - That the City\nCouncil adopt Resolution 7754: 1. Approving the Amended and Restated\nAgreement with the County of Orange, Orange County Flood Control District and\nparticipating Orange County Cities for National Pollutant Discharge Elimination\nSystem stormwater permit implementation services; and, 2. Authorizing and\ndirecting the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
