6.1\nIntroduction of Ordinance No. 965 Amending Sections 9.04.020 (“B” Definitions),\n9.10.30 (Residential Permitted Land Uses), 9.10.040 (Residential Development\nStandards), 9.12.030 (Commercial Permitted Land Uses), and 9.58.040 (Type 3 Site\nPlan Review) of Title 9 (Zoning and Planning Regulations) of the Bell Gardens\nMunicipal Code\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City Council:\n1. Find the proposed Zone Code Amendment is exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines\nSection 15061(b)(3), concluding no significant environmental impact would\noccur; and\n2.
