10.\nSECOND AMENDMENT TO TEMPORARY STAFFING PROFESSIONALS, INC.,\nAGREEMENT FOR ON CALL TEMPORARY STAFFING SERVICES\nRecommendations:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Second Amendment to Agreement No.\n25-72 with     Temporary Staffing Professionals, Inc., to increase the contract by\n$150,000 for a revised total not to exceed the amount of $250,000 and extend the\nterm through September 30, 2026; and\n2. Find that the action does not constitute a project under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act pursuant to Guidelines Section 15378.
