12.6 Public Works Agreement with SAS Construction for the Bid Set 'E', on the new City Senior Housing Project (CIP Project No. Z20026)\nRecommendation:\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute a Public Works Construction Agreement with SAS Construction in an amount not to exceed $4,273,400.00 for bid set 'E' on the new City Senior Housing Project located on Riley Street in such final form as approved by the City Attorney; authorize the City Manager to execute change orders not to exceed the 10% contingency amount of $427,340.00 for uncertainties and adjustments; and authorize the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion once work is completed.
