13.4 Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with Hemet Fence for Removal and Installation of New Posts and a Windscreen at Lake Elsinore Diamond Stadium\nRecommendation:\nApprove and authorize the Executive Director to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with Hemet Fence for the removal and installation of new posts and a windscreen at Lake Elsinore Diamond Stadium to increase compensation by an additional $9,300 for a total amount not to exceed $54,300 in such final form as approved by the Agency Attorney.
