8. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING – THE OLIVE RESTOBAR (COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)\nwith The Olive Banquet SS LLC to facilitate the identification and development of a restaurant\nand banquet hall project within the City; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to take any additional, related action(s) that may be desirable.
