(59)\n26-0011-S9\nCD 5\nMOTION (YAROSLAVSKY - HERNANDEZ) relative to funding for a\ncommunity beautification project in Council District Five (CD 5).\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF\nTHE MAYOR:\n1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $46,400 in the CD 5 portion of\nthe Council Street Furniture Fund No. 43D/50 to the Board of\nPublic Works Fund No. 100/74, Account No. 3040 (Contractual\nServices) for a community beautification project in CD 5, to be\ncoordinated by the Koreatown Youth and Community Center.\n2. INSTRUCT and AUTHORIZE the Board of Public Works (Office\nof Community Beautification) to prepare, process and execute\nthe necessary documents with and/or payments to the\nKoreatown Youth and Community Center, or any other agency\nor organization, as appropriate, utilizing the above amount, for\nthe above purpose, subject to the approval of the City Attorney\nas to form.\n3. AUTHORIZE the Department of Public Works to make any\ncorrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer\ninstructions, including any new instructions, in order to\neffectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any\ncorrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said\ncorrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally,\nelectronically or by any other means.
