(66)\n26-0471\nCD 12\nMOTION (LEE - BLUMENFIELD) relative to funding for the John F.\nKennedy PTSA for school supplies, equipment and other\nimprovements that enhance student learning.\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF\nTHE MAYOR:\n1. RESOLVE that $25,000 in the Sunshine Canyon Community\nAmenities Trust Fund No. 699/14 be allocated / appropriated to\nthe John F. Kennedy PTSA for school supplies, equipment and\nother improvements that enhance student learning.\n2. DIRECT the City Clerk to prepare and process the\nnecessary document(s) with, and/or payment(s) to the John\nF. Kennedy PTSA, or any other agency or organization, as\nappropriate, in the above amount, from the above source,\nand for the above purposes, subject to the approval of the\nCity Attorney as to form, if needed; and that, if needed, the\nCouncilmember of the Twelfth District be authorized to\nexecute any such documents on behalf of the City.\n3. AUTHORIZE the City Administrative Office and City Clerk to\nmake any corrections or clarifications to the above\ninstructions in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion.
