(60)\n26-0477\nCD 3\nMOTION (BLUMENFIELD - HERNANDEZ) relative to funding of\nsidewalk repair work in Council District Three (CD 3).\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF\nTHE MAYOR:\n1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $418,600 from the AB 1290\nFund No. 53P, Account No. 281203 (CD 3 Redevelopment\nProjects - Services) to the Public Works Fund No. 100/74,\nAccount 3040 (Contractual Services), for the purpose of\nsidewalk repair work in CD 3.\n2. INSTRUCT and AUTHORIZE the Department of Public Works\nto prepare, process, and execute the necessary documents with\nand/or payments to Northeast Graffiti Busters (NEGB), or any\nother agency or organization, as appropriate, utilizing the above\namount, for the above purpose, subject to the approval of the\nCity Attorney as to form.\n3. AUTHORIZE the Department of Public Works to make any\ncorrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer\ninstructions, including any new instructions, in order to\neffectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any\ncorrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said\ncorrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally,\nelectronically or by any other means.
