AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR GRAFFITI REMOVAL SERVICES (FUNDING SOURCE:\nLANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING DISTRICT FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council award a contract to Urban Graffiti\nEnterprises, Inc. for graffiti removal services and authorize the City Manager\nto enter into an agreement in an amount of $4,500 monthly or $54,000\nannually, for an initial contract term of three years with two optional one-year\nextensions, for a total authorized contract amount of $270,000.
