(51)\n26-0450\nCD 2\nMOTION (NAZARIAN - LEE) relative to amending the City's General\nFunds Homeless Shelter Services Agreement (City Contract C-\n202650) with the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA)\nto add funds to continue the existing Homeless Outreach in Council\nDistrict (CD) 2 Program and to amend the scope of work to add the\nHomeless Outreach in CD 2 Program.\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. INSTRUCT and AUTHORIZE the Los Angeles Housing\nDepartment (LAHD), General Manager, or designee, to amend\nthe City’s General Funds Homeless Shelter Services Agreement\n(City Contract C-202650) with the LAHSA to add up to\n$260,124.50 to continue the existing Homeless Outreach in\nCD2 Program through June 30, 2027 and amend the Scope of\nWork to add the Homeless Outreach in CD2 Program.\n2. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE up to $247,038 from the\nHousing Department Fund No. 10A/43, Account No. 43YC14\n(Homeless Outreach in CD2) to the Housing Department Fund\nNo. 10A/43, New Account No. 43CC14 (Homeless Outreach in\nCD2).\n3. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE up to $13,086.50 from the\nHousing Department Fund No. 10A/43, Account No. 43VC14\n(Homeless Outreach in CD2) to the Housing Department Fund\nNo. 10A/43, New Account No. 43CC14 (Homeless Outreach in\nCD2).\n4. DISENCUMBER up to $247,038 from Contract C-145627 and\ndisencumber up to $13,086.50 from Contract C-140706 to\nfacilitate the transfer of funds.\n5. AUTHORIZE the LAHD to make any corrections, clarifications,\nor revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including\nany new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this\nMotion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or\naccount numbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may\nbe made orally, electronically or by any other means.\n6. REQUEST and AUTHORIZE the LAHSA to prepare, process\nand execute the necessary documents with and/or payments to\nHope of the Mission, or any other agency or organization, as\nappropriate, utilizing the above amount, for the above purpose.
