(53)\n26-0484\nCD 4\nMOTION (RAMAN - JURADO) relative to additional funding for HR&A\nAdvisors, Inc. for the continuation of project management and\nanalytical support to the City’s Homelessness Strategy Committee.\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $350,000 from the General\nCity Purposes Fund No. 100/56, Account No. 000618\n(Additional Homeless Services - Council District Four) to the\nCity Administrative Officer Fund No. 100/10, Account No.\n003040 (Contractual Services), for the continuation of services\nprovided by HR&A Advisors, Inc. for the contract period of\nJanuary 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026.\n2. AUTHORIZE the City Administrative Officer to make any\ncorrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer\ninstructions, including any new instructions, in order to\neffectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any\ncorrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said\ncorrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally,\nelectronically or by any other means.\n3. INSTRUCT and AUTHORIZE the City Administrative Officer to\nprepare, process and execute the necessary documents with\nand/or payments to HR&A Advisors, Inc., utilizing the above\namount, for the above purpose, subject to the approval of the\nCity Attorney as to form.
