INSTRUCT the City Clerk, or their designee, to sign the\npetition for the City-owned parcels included in the Fashion\nDistrict BID.\n2. INSTRUCT the City Clerk to provide the necessary\nassistance for the renewal of the Fashion District BID.\n3. AUTHORIZE the City Clerk to make any changes or\nadjustments to the above instruction in order to effectuate\nthe intent of this Motion.
