CONSIDER the results of the Tax Equity and Fiscal\nResponsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) public hearing held on\nMarch 17, 2026 for the Project.\n2. ADOPT the accompanying TEFRA RESOLUTION, to allow the\nCalifornia Municipal Finance Authority to issue revenue bonds\nor notes in an amount not to exceed $60,000,000 to finance\nand/or refinance the acquisition, construction, development and\nequipping of a 160-unit multifamily rental housing project known\nas West Hills Apartments, located at 7556 Woodlake Avenue in\nCD 12.
