Hart Park\nBarnyard.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Authorize an increase in expenditure authority in the amount of $40,004 with Fox\nFeed for animal feed at the William S. Hart Park Barnyard, for an annual amount not\nto exceed $90,000.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all contracts and associated\ndocuments, subject to City Attorney approval.
