11.\nPUBLIC ART DONATION: ENDANGERED FOSSILS - Consideration of accepting\na donation from artist Judith Modrak for the temporary public artwork, Endangered\nFossils, located at West Creek Park into the City of Santa Clarita's permanent public art\ncollection.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council accept the donation of Judith Modrak’s artwork, Endangered Fossils, and\nauthorize the City Manager or designee to execute a contract with Ms. Modrak, subject to\nCity Attorney approval.
