Award a design contract to Architerra Design Group, for design services for the\nNewhall Community Center Playground Renovation Project, in the amount of\n$74,720 and authorize a contingency in the amount of $7,472 for a total contract\namount not to exceed $82,192.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all contracts and associated\ndocuments, subject to City Attorney approval.
