13.\nTRANSIT MAINTENANCE FACILITY EV CHARGERS CONTRACT - This\nagenda item considers the award for the purchase and installation of three electric vehicle\nchargers at the Transit Maintenance Facility.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Award a contract to Beam Global for the purchase of two EV ARC™ solar powered\nelectric vehicle chargers for the Transit Maintenance Facility in the amount of\n$198,294.\n2. Award a contract to ChargePoint, Inc., for the purchase of one electric vehicle charger\nfor the Transit Maintenance Facility in the amount of $57,222.\n3. Award a contract to H&S Electric, Inc., for the installation of one electric vehicle\ncharger at the Transit Maintenance Facility in the amount of $43,000, and authorize a\ncontingency in the amount of $4,300, for a total contract amount not to exceed\n$47,300.\n4. Appropriate funds in the amount of $255,516 to Transit Capital Equipment\nExpenditure Account (7003702-520102) and $47,300 to Transit Capital Contractual\nServices Expenditure Account (7003702-516101), increase SB1 State of Good Repair\nRevenue Account (700-442414) by $257,039 and increase Miscellaneous Revenue\nAccount (700-462101) by $45,777.\n5. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all contracts and associated\ndocuments, subject to City Attorney approval.
