Conduct the public hearing.\n2. Find the Accessory Dwelling Unit Ordinance and Housing Law Updates project\nexempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\npursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3), the common-sense exemption.\n3. Introduce an ordinance entitled: “AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF\nTHE CITY OF SANTA CLARITA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING MASTER CASE\n26-011 (UDC26-001), AMENDING THE SANTA CLARITA MUNICIPAL CODE,”\nand pass to second reading.\nNEW BUSINESS
