6.\nRESOLUTION NO. 8594 — A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF HAWTHORNE, CALIFORNIA APPROVING A THIRD AMENDMENT TO\nTHE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE LOS ANGELES\nCENTERS FOR ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE (LA CADA).\nRECOMMENDED MOTION:\n1. Approve the third amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with LA\nCADA for the period of one year from 4/17/2026 to 4/17/2027 to provide site\nmanagement for the Bridge of Hope Community Housing (BHCH) site.\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute, amend, and keep a record\nof documents necessary to administer the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Professional\nServices Agreement with LA CADA.\n3. Authorize the Department of Finance to establish a blanket purchase order for\nLA CADA not to exceed $486,878 in administrative fees.
