F.     CITY COUNCIL CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL regarding significant exposure to potential litigation pursuant to Government Code\nSection\n54956.9(d)(2): One potential case\nPUBLIC MEETING – 6:00 P.M.\nROLL CALL, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, AND CEREMONIAL MATTERS\nPUBLIC COMMENT ON MATTERS NOT ON THE AGENDA\nPublic comment will be limited to a total of 20 minutes at the beginning of the meeting and will continue at the conclusion of the meeting, if necessary.\nComments are limited to 3 minutes each, and the Mayor may limit this time if reasonable under the circumstances.
