13. 26-54785\nRecommendation to adopt Specifications No. RFP ED-25-591 and award a\ncontract to Contemporary Services Corporation, of Northridge, CA, for providing\nas-needed security services supporting special events produced by the City, as\nwell as concerts and other events held at the Long Beach Amphitheater and\nadditional special events hosted on the Queen Mary campus, in an annual amount\nnot to exceed $3,000,000, for a period of six years, with the option to renew for\nfour additional one-year periods, at the discretion of the City Manager; and,\nauthorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to enter\ninto the contract, including any necessary subsequent amendments.
