11.\nAWARD OF CONTRACT\nHAY TREE PUBLIC MARKET MEETING ROOM/MUSEUM (CITY\nPROJECT NO. 9550)\n–\nAPPROVAL OF PLANS AND\nSPECIFICATIONS, AWARD OF CONTRACT, AND FINDING THE\nPROJECT EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL\nQUALITY ACT PURSUANT TO THE CLASS 3 CATEGORICAL\nEXEMPTION\nRecommended Action: 1) Approve a budget adjustment in the\namount of $218,950 in Capital General Fund (Fund 112) for the\nParamount Saw Community Meeting Room/Museum project (City\nProject No. 9550); 2) Approve the plans and specifications as\ndetailed in the bid documents; with respect to design criteria; 3) Find\nthe project exempt from CEQA; 4) Authorize the separate purchase\nand installation of interior and exterior furnishings in an amount not\nto exceed $150,000 related to the project; and 5) Award the contract\nfor the Paramount Public Market Meeting Room/Museum project\n(City Project No. 9550) to Triangle Decon Services, Inc., Mission\nViejo, California, in the amount of $650,000, and authorize the\nMayor or her designee to execute the agreement.\nRegular Meeting
