Approve the justification memo for the reclassification of Revenue Loss SLFRF\nfunds.\n3.\nCONSIDERATION AND AUTHORIZE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE\nMAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING\nFOR THE JOHN ANSON FORD PARK INFILTRATION CISTERN PROJECT\nIT IS RECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Cities of Bell,\nBell Gardens, Commerce, Cudahy, Huntington Park, Maywood, and Vernon for\nthe maintenance and operations of the John Anson Ford Park Infiltration Cistern\nProject; and
