6.\nApproval of Resolution to Award of RFQ No. 12600334 – Less-Lethal & Tactical\nSpecialized Law Enforcement Munitions\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, to:\nFind the second low bidder non-responsive for the reason set forth in this agenda\nreport;\n1.\nAward purchase orders to the lowest responsive, responsible bidders: Arms\nUnlimited, Inc. in the amount of $4,011.72 for Items 5 and 8-9; and Proforce\nMarketing Inc. dba Proforce Law Enforcement in the amount of $7,155.22 for\nItems 1-3; and\n2.\nReject and authorize re-bidding of Items 4 and 6-7 in accordance with Public\nContract Code 20164.\n3.\nReject and authorize re-bidding of Items 4 and 6-7 in accordance with Public\nContract Code 20164.
