Therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines\nSection 15060(c)(3) no environmental review is required. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the\nactivity also qualifies for an Exemption pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act State Guidelines.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nAdopt a resolution 1) accepting $93,500 in grant funds from Kaiser Foundation Hospitals for\nthe Operation Splash Community Swim Program, 2) authorizing City Manager to execute grant\ndocuments, and 3) amending the fiscal year 2025-26 budget by appropriating funds to the\nParks and Recreation Section of the Other Grants Fund.
