12. Contract Change Order and Contingency Authorization - Financial Management Software\nUpgrade (Work Program HP+)\nThe Finance/Personnel Subcommittee recommends the City Council:\n1. Approve a contract change order with Tyler Technologies for additional implementation\nservices related to the Financial Management Software upgrade to Enterprise (Munis);\nand\n2. Authorize a 10% contingency on the revised implementation contract amount to address\nunforeseen necessary system configuration and integration modifications identified during\nimplementation with change orders to be signed by the City Manager.
