7.\nAuthorize Award of Contract to DASH Construction Company, Inc. for Barnes Park Multi-\nBenefit Stormwater Capture Project: Caltrans Perimeter Wall (CIP No. 21-198 Phase B)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve and award the construction contract for the Barnes Park Multi-Benefit Stormwater\nCapture Project: Caltrans Perimeter Wall (CIP No. 21-198 Phase B) to DASH Construction\nCompany Inc. in the amount of $260,625.00; and\n2. Approve a 10% construction contingency in the amount of $26,062.50 for the project; and\n3. Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the contract with DASH Construction\nCompany, Inc; and\n4. Authorize the Director of Finance to make appropriations and budget adjustments as necessary.
