G. AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT, CONSTRUCTION\nMANAGEMENT, AND INSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE RUBIDOUX\nBOULEVARD & 24TH STREET TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROJECT - CIP 23107\nRequested Action: That the City Council:\n1. Award a Construction Contract to Sierra Pacific Electrical Contraction in the\namount of $690,800 for the Rubidoux Boulevard & 24th Street Traffic Signal\nProject (CIP #23107), authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement in\nthe form attached hereto; and approve a contingency amount of up to ten\npercent (10%) of the original contract amount; and\n2. Award Construction Management and Construction Inspection (CM/CI)\nservices to STC Traffic Inc. in the amount of $69,080 with a contingency of ten\npercent (10%) for the Rubidoux Boulevard & 24th Street Traffic Signal Project\n(CIP #23107); and authorize the City Manager to execute the Professional\nServices Agreement (PSA) in the form attached hereto.\nStaff Report "PDF"
